Our aim at 'Howard Watercolours' is to provide a secure and friendly service, the kind we would expect to receive ourselves. We pride ourselves on providing an open and trusting relationship with our customers. We will always be here to help should you need additional information or to advise you in choosing, or ordering a  painting, or simply to check on the progress of your order.

DATA AND PRIVACY
Your name, address, contact telephone number and email address will be recorded on our data base at the time of ordering. We give you our assurance that on no occasion will any information gathered from you be given to a third party.Credit / Debit card details taken from you at the time of payment will be deleted from our records after the transaction is completed.

YOUR PURCHASE
Pictures that have sold and are therefore no longer available will be updated as 'sold' within a few days. Otherwise you can expect accurate up to date details of all current work available .We will on no occasion substitute the item ordered for another similar, unless you have requested this by email / telephone, and approved an alternative choice.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made on-line by debit / credit card, or by cheque made payable to 'R. HOWARD '
There are no hidden costs. The price stated on this site is the total price you pay. This includes framing, packaging and delivery to your door.
Currently the work is exempt from V.A.T

DELIVERY
Unless you prefer to have the painting framed by yourselves, all original pictures are framed under glass before packing.
Paintings are very carefully packed by us.This includes the use of protective boards over the front and back of the work and anti-pressure wrapping to ensure safe delivery to you.The work is then collected from us by a reliable courier service and then delivered to you usually in 2 /3 days depending on the delivery address.For the despach of original paintings we do not use Royal Mail.
In most cases paintings are sent within one week of receiving payment ( If, however you need delivery to take place at a specific or later date we will be keen to follow your instructions to the best of our ability). In such cases we are here to help ( 01445 712626)

CONTACT
In the unlikely event of us having any difficulty fullfilling your order we will contact you immediately by email or phone.

GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that your picture is lost, damaged, or delivered far too late to be acceptable, or that you are dissatisfied with the picture then we must be informed strictlywithin 3 days of receiving the painting. Any unsatisfactory goods must be returned by courier, carefully packaged using the original packing materials to ensure the safe return to us. A full refund will be given if your payment was made by debit / credit card, or a cheque will be sent if the original payment was by cheque.

Above all we wish to maintain good relationships with our customers and we will endeavour to help if you are unhappy with either the goods or the service we have offered you.


RESPONSE / COMPLAINT
We are proud to say that we have only encountered positive feedback so far . Many of our customers have re-ordered ( and re-odered again ) and we are often delighted to receive news of both the safe and prompt delivery of an order .
However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order then we will treat your complaint very seriously and promptly. On this note, we ask you to understand that while we endeavour to produce accurate images of the work along with descriptions ,images of paintings on a screen may vary (and particularly if they are downloaded as a small print) from the reality of the original painting. We are, however, confident that the original painting is always superior to the  virtual / printed version.
